We take pride in our quality products and service, and we value our relationship with you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your item(s) back for store credit or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires.
Store credit will be issued for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs, discounts and promotions. A $15 return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the store credit amount if you choose to use our label. The return label can only be issued for Domestic orders. Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your order must be in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached. Please follow our very simple return process:
- Email us at sarahfashionny@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- Make sure to include your order number in the request.
- Advise if you would like an exchange or store credit. For exchanges, make sure to include the style, size, and color for the new order.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
